We offer an initial telephone consultation with a lawyer on Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. The initial telephone consultation is only available to first-time enquiries and a special hourly rate of $200 + GST will apply. • The initial consultation fee is charged for the time spent on the case in increments of six minutes (1 unit - $20 + GST). The chargeable time is made up of a prior document review (before the consultation) plus the actual consultation. Average time for the initial consultation is 6 units ($120 + GST).
• We may not be able to provide you with legal advice in circumstances where we consider that legal solution is not appropriate, or where you may not benefit from receiving legal advice. In such a case, we will provide you with reasons and an alternative contact if any.
• If you wish to continue to seek further consultation or legal advice from us after the initial telephone consultation, we will charge you an hourly rate of $330 to $430 + GST, depending on the matter.
